If you have a concern with any of our members please send details to us via email

If you raise a concern with us about any of our member organisations we will treat your personal information in confidence

and will only share it in the circumstances mentioned below

Depending on the nature of your concern, we may need to pass information to enforcement agencies such as Trading Standards, Animal Plant and Health Agency (APHA), Law Enforcement or to an Animal Welfare Charity such as RSPCA or Scottish SPCA. We will only pass on your personal information where it is necessary for the purposes of investigating your concern.

Please note we do not share the outcome of any investigations with you.
